This is a team for the people who manage contributor agreements for Canonical - typically the project lead for each project or group of projects will be in this team, and this team owns the ~contributor-agreement-canonical team. Anyone who has signed the Canonical Contributor agreement should be added to the ~contributor-agreement-canonical team as that is used by tools to determine whether a branch maybe be merged or not.
