RSS/Atom receiver for Pelican-bot

A command or module which allows adding and removing of RSS or ATOM feeds to a channel. Specification and syntax like pelican-twitter-receiver just with feed URLs. The relaying should contain the title and a shortened URL to the target hyperlink of the RSS item.
