“Focus Follows Mouse” team

The team's goal is to improve focus-follows-mouse support in Unity, and in Ubuntu in general.

Specifically, we aim to:

* Fix bugs which affect users of focus-follows-mouse.
* Build new features in the spirit of focus-follows-mouse.
* Maintain an Ubuntu PPA against the latest release.
* Provide documenation and other resources.
