Repeat key on switch hold for Tecla Access

This feature implements an option to repeat a selected key while the switch assigned to selection is held.

Tweak Tekla for correct operation on tablet devices for Tecla Access

Currently Tekla installs and works on tablet devices for the most part. However, due to differences in screen size and orientation, the soft keyboard must be tweaked to allow for an optimal user experience (e.g., keyboard should never open in fullscreen mode).

Create easy-to-install demo release from last functional self-contained code for wips

The split of the code that had the objective of implementing a server-client architecture made the code unstable and the demo harder to install. A demo release derived from the last functional version of the self-contained demo application should be created to allow users to get started quickly.
