Simplify setting wallpapers for dual monitor configuration
for binder-paper
Design a simple way to take the input of monitor configuration, user selected images, and set it as the persistent wallpaper. Make it simple for users to change wallpapers on each monitor. Outline proof of concept and what features would make tool most useful.
