I've been using Ubuntu since somewhere around April 2005.

I cowrote multiple editions of The Official Ubuntu Book and write Ubuntu Linux Unleashed.

I am a former member and chair of the Forum Council (for http://ubuntuforums.org). I previously sat on the Ubuntu Membership Board for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-membership-board-emea).

I also worked for Canonical from March 2016 to April 2017.
