Installation of new languages should be possible from the admin. In the UI of the admin you should have 2 options: * Downloading languages from the CoOrg site * Installing a language from a language-package that is saved on the harddisk of the admin (upload button)

A data directory should be available for CoOrg

A data directory where plugins can upload their data files too should be created. The directory can be used for log files, statistics, a photo albums, users avatars, ... The directory should be blocked for normal users (by for example a .htaccess file)
