Hi I am a ubuntu follower but I do enjoy different types of distos. Sometimes I wonder if working with linux is a bad idea and rather I should stick to windoze.

Being a mechanical engineer I find it a challenge to get my favourite applications to work in linux and instead should rather concentrate on my proper work.

I have not been a linux user for very long and I rather consider myself a noob who helps people with the simple things and leaves the technical stuff to the experts :)
