Add a refresh button next to fetch, which updates information for the current item for GCstar

Add a refresh button next to fetch, which updates information for the current item. Use a similiar process to drag-and-drop of urls to find plugin from the stored website, then regrab and parse that page. Should only update fields that are blank or which haven't been changed manually by the user.
