Automate the sizing of current icons for development use for Free Icon-To-Speech

Since the icons from www.imaginesymbols.com are only free for personal use, for now you can do their download and resize the images listed in the XML files to 250x250 with imagemagick www.imagemagick.org/script/api.php and put them in the icons folder.
