The India Sahana Cluster operates on a semi-formal basis to support the development & adoption of the Sahana Disaster Management System. We aim to bring Sahana to India & help foster community around supporting it.

Mission: Support the goal of resilient communities through the creation of ICT tools that can be used across all four phases of Comprehensive Emergency Management.

We have lots of opportunities for translators, developers and emergency managers who wish to contribute their time to making Sahana a user-friendly application for all affected by emergencies.

This one of the two hubs of the India Sahana Cluster (the other is in Facebook http://bit.ly/sahana-in ). We welcome contributions from all people interested in supporting the development of the Sahana Disaster Management System for India.

The cluster is a multi-disciplinary group. We welcome your participation!
