Welcome to the Ubuntu translation page for the Chichewa-Chewa-Nyanja language!

One note, right at the beginning here: We're really focusing on CHICHEWA, as it's spoken in Malawi, rather than Nyanja, or any other forms or dialects. By now the orthography of the language is pretty well settled, but we'll get some links up here to 'official' orthography documents, so that we're all on the same page when translating.

To join, you'll need to start by registering with Launchpad (using the link at the top of the page). Once you've done that, you can click on "Join this Group" below!
