Kafka plugin for the LMA toolchain for StackLight

The Kafka Message Broker Plugin is a new Fuel plugin of the LMA Toolchain. It will provide support for deploying a Kafka Message Broker on a cluster of nodes. It will enable the LMA Toolchain to scale to the largest environments.
